Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 20 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. After 20 days, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

- Other Issues: If you are not satisfied for any other reason, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at townworks@aol.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Final Sale Items
Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
